He loved politics and enjoyed a good argument. His in-depth knowledge on socio-economic issues made him attractive to many from all walks of life. His love for football and cars was unbeatable.
He believed in a fair distribution of national resources, with a sense of responsibility towards the less privilege and destitute.

A Talented Genius and Innovator

Paul was the CEO of Prompt Code and the brain behind the ingenuity.  He endeavoured to tackle the challenges faced by the emergency services in locating the sources of distress calls with the invention of the "Promot Code" concept.

Using an alpha numeric code, he created a new address system that circumvented house numbers and street names. He assigned a code to every house and business in the country to allow for a quick location and prompt emergency response from the police, fire and ambulance services.  It was a satellite-based navigation system that utilized the unique geographical coordinates of one's property for easy location without relying on the street names and house numbers.

A vision that alas faded away with the shadows of the legend ....
